A Brief Introduction
Prof. Dr. Tariqullah Khan holds a PhD in Economics from Loughborough University, United Kingdom in 1996. He brings with him almost 25 years of wealthy experience in academics and the banking industry. He was attached to Istanbul Zaim University before joining INCEIF. Prior to that, he was a Professor of Finance at Hamad Khalifa University, Qatar, from 2009 until 2020 and was also the President of the International Association for Islamic Economics from 2011 to 2019. Prof. Dr. Tariqullah Khan has also written several papers, chapters and books in many areas of Islamic economics and financial research in addition to his extensive experience in policymaking, institution building and establishment of the Islamic finance industry on a sound and sustainable economic footing
