Responsible to manage effective implementation of the consultancy project for ISRA Consulting. The incumbent will oversee, design, develop, coordinate and run the planning and development of the unit to potential and existing clients. He/she will be assisting the CEO to meet the annual target revenue through designing and implementing a strategic business plan, effective planning and budgeting.
Strategic / Business Development and Client Management
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key clients and INCEIF
- Resolving key clients’ issues and complaints relating to IICSB
- Managing communications between key clients and internal team on Islamic Finance Consultancy related matters
- Develop sales proposal for business pitch
- Negotiating contracts/projects relating to Islamic Finance Consultancy with clients and establishing timeline of deliverables
- Establishing and overseeing project budgets and expenses
- Expanding relationships and bringing new potential clients/business relating to Islamic Finance
Consultancy
- Forecast and track department’s annual target sales revenue
- Strategic & Business Development:
- Drive the Islamic Finance Consultancy unit business strategy
- Development of short-, medium- and long-term business plan
- Ensuring the Islamic Finance Consultancy proposal meets the quality for submission to client
- Promote and market the Islamic Finance Consultancy unit
- Lead Meeting with potential clients and existing clients
