At INCEIF University, we do our best to meet the accommodation needs of our students. To fulfill this responsibility,INCEIF University may offer the students the option to choose their preferences, either university-managed or private accommodations (self-arranged).

Shuttle

We also provide a shuttle transportation service for students between campus and residence.

The shuttle transport currently operates based on students’ on-campus class schedules.

If there is any arrangement of classes outside the schedule, students are advised to inform the staff in charge beforehand.

There are also numerous furnished apartments and houses in the vicinity of INCEIF University from which you can choose.

Most of the rented accommodation is located near bus stops and eateries. Our Student Affairs team will assist students who need rented accommodation by providing names and contact details of reputable providers.

Our team will also be able to advise you about choosing the best location and property type.

Private Accommodations

If students prefer to look for their own accommodations, below are some important points to consider:

  • If students need to look for private accommodations, please arrive 1 – 2 weeks early so that students will have time to search before their courses start.
  • Students should only commit to private accommodations after a background check.
  • INCEIF University can be reached by various public transportation, such as the KTM station (Putra and Bank Negara), taxis, and buses. Therefore, it is best for students to look for accommodation near these public transportation options.
