Takaful Coverage (2026–2027)

Provision of Medical Health, Term, and Personal Accident Takaful coverage for INCEIF employees and dependants. Contract period is 2 years (Jan 2026 – Dec 2027). Licensed Takaful operators with proven track records are invited to participate.

Cleaning & Landscape Services

Proposal to provide daily cleaning and regular landscape maintenance services for INCEIF University’s Block B campus. The contract spans 3 years (starting Jan 2026) and covers a 10,226 m² facility. Service providers must be ROC registered and experienced.

Security Service (Unarmed)

Provision of 24-hour unarmed security services for INCEIF University’s Block B campus. Scope includes patrols, access monitoring, and safeguarding staff, students, and visitors. Open to qualified providers with 8+ years of experience in security services.
