Assoc. Prof. Dr. Magda Ismail recently delivered an impactful presentation on “Seeding Sustainability through Waqf” during a panel discussion featuring distinguished experts. Her insights into how waqf can drive sustainable development were truly enlightening.
The panel included Mohd Yusri bin Yusof, Senior Resources Mobilization Specialist from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) in Jeddah, Wan Abdul Rahim Kamil Wan Mohamed Ali, Director of First International Consulting Group in Malaysia, and Professor Dr. Raditya Sukmana, Professor in Islamic Economics at Universitas Airlangga, Indonesia. The discussion was moderated by YM Dr. Amni Suhailah binti Abarahan, Deputy Dean and Lecturer at Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA).
