Industry’s Collective Confidence in INCEIF University Reinforced Through Strategic Contributions at SEED 2026

Kuala Lumpur, 4 February 2026 — INCEIF University today hosted a Mock Cheque Presentation Ceremony as part of SEED 2026, reaffirming the Islamic finance industry’s trust in INCEIF as a key institution supporting innovation, capacity building, and the continued advancement of the sector.

SEED 2026 is INCEIF University’s strategic platform to deepen collaboration with industry partners in advancing talent development, Islamic social finance, and sustainable growth. The ceremony honoured partners whose contributions towards INCEIF’s 20th Anniversary Philanthropic Campaign and zakat-based student scholarships reflect a shared commitment to nurturing future-ready professionals and strengthening the Islamic finance ecosystem.

Professor Emeritus Dato’ Dr. Azmi Omar, President and Chief Executive Officer of INCEIF University, expressed deep appreciation to all partners for their unwavering support.

“Your trust and unwavering support enable INCEIF to continue advancing the industry towards a sustainable, equitable, and just society and economy. This is not merely partnership — it is a shared mission and journey,” he said.

Dato’ Dr. Azmi noted that SEED 2026, themed “From Seeding to Scaling,” reflects INCEIF’s continued engagement with the industry beyond its 20th anniversary milestone, as the Islamic finance ecosystem enters a new phase of transformation driven by innovation, sustainability, and deeper global connectivity.

As a niche institution established by Bank Negara Malaysia in 2005, INCEIF was founded with a clear mandate to serve the industry through its distinctive Triple Helix model, connecting academia, industry, and regulators. The University continues to play a central role as a talent generator, research engine, and solutions hub addressing real industry challenges.

The mock cheque was presented to INCEIF University by distinguished leaders from across the Islamic finance ecosystem, including:
